VISITOR AGREEMENT

I , THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby formally acknowledge and covenant to comply with the following agreement as a must-have of entry to the Global Innovation Center (GIC) Shanxi Visitor Center:
1. Visiting the Center may present certain dangers and substantial risk to myself, my clothing or my property.

2. During my visit, I will abide by all safety rules and other requests provided by Cargill employees and representatives.

3. I hereby waive all claims for damages for, and release and forever discharge Cargill and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees, on my own behalf and that of my assigns, heirs and executors, from any and all claims, and causes of action, arising out of or connected with my presence on Cargill’s premises except to the extent that damages were caused by the negligence or greater fault of Cargill.

4. Any information and data not generally known to others which is disclosed to me or of which I become aware during or in connection with my visit, will be held in confidence by me and will not be disseminated to third parties or used by me in any manner.

5.5-Day Away From Livestock : All visitors shall maintain complete separation from livestock species for a minimum period of five (5) consecutive days prior to the scheduled visit.

6.Pre-Entry Hygiene Protocol: Visitors must undergo full-body shower and change cloth prior to the visit.
-Strict prohibition of apparel previously worn in livestock production environments (including but not limited to barn coats,coveralls, or footwear)

7.Post-Arrival Disinfection:
-Hands washing, 75% ethanol hand disinfection, wear disposable gloves, coverall, and shoe covers

8.Disinfection Compliance: Full adherence to all sterilization protocols outlined in the GIC Visitor Standard Operating Procedures.

ENTRY PROHIBITIONS
Access to GIC Visitor Center is expressly denied to individuals who:
1)Have engaged in direct or indirect porcine contact within 5 days prior to the visit
2)High body temperature (>38°C/100.4°F) with influenza-like symptomatology within 24 hours prior to the visit
3)Have been exposed within 5 days to animals showing clinical signs of following porcine pathogens:
· African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV)
· Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV)
· Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV)
· Pseudorabies Virus (PRV)
· Foot and Mouth Disease Virus (FMDV)

Read and sign the visitor agreement is a must-have for facility access. Cargill expressly reserves the right to deny entry to any party failing to execute this agreement.
